When do you ship?

​We prepare orders for shipping on a daily basis. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific time will ship the same day(Monday through Saturday)

When should I receive my order?

​We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority mail. This usually means you'll receive your order within 1-3 days. International shipments typically arrive 10 (ten) days from the date we ship your products, but please be patient. Customs is beyond our control and your shipment may take longer depending on your country's mail screening syst )

How do you ship?

​We ship your package via USPS Priority Mail. This allows us to charge you a flat rate for shipping no matter how many bulbs you order. We feel this is the best bang for the buck - We don't have to build in the cost of a box in to our prices, . The price of shipping includes $50 of insurance and you get a tracking number! Need your order tomorrow? We offer flat rate Fedex shipping for $45.00 anywhere in the U.S. *Note: "$6.00 Shipping Everyday" and "Free Shipping on orders over $100" applies to U.S. Domestic orders only. International shipping rates are a flat rate of $25. All prices, fees, etc. are listed in US Dollars.

What is your return policy?

​If your product is not working as promised, Nifty LED will replace your product free of charge under warranty. Kindly send us an email and tell us what the problem is and we will be sure to resolve your issue. Returning products that work just fine or exchanging your products are subject to a 25% restocking fee on all items returned.
